16oz Boxing gloves

Used for hard stand-up striking. Nothing under 16oz will be allowed for sparring.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

Shin Guards  

Good for those who like to throw kicks during sparring, although not necessary for just boxing.

Hand Wraps

Provides additional protection to the small bones of the hands as well as extra wrist  support.

Bag Gloves

Bag gloves are designed for hard bag and pad work.

Using 16oz training gloves is not recommended because the hard surfaces of the pads/bags can damage the padding in the glove as well as the smooth striking surface, making them less effective for safe sparring.

Athletic Tape

Yes, Walmart sells athletic tape. 

We sell it cheaper. Your choice.
