Roc Castricone hadn't stepped foot into a cage in over 2 years. His last fight, a title defense for the IFBL, was in February 2008. Since then, the BuckeyeMMA Co-Founder and coach has been staying busy outside MMA competition. With family life coming first, he's done well just to stay in shape while coaching the younger fighters and mentoring several of BuckeyeMMA's finest prospects.

 

But when teammate Billy Vaughan had to withdraw from a 135lb title fight for the Ohio based UMMAXX promotion, Roc stepped up and accepted the challenge, ring-rust be damned...
