GET INTO THE BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE!

BuckeyeMMA has officially launched its latest program, MMA Fitness!

Elite MMA fighters are easily among the best athletes in the world. To meet the strenuous demands of the sport, fighters must be as well rounded physically as they are technically.

The MMA athlete has tremendous core strength without unnecessary bulk. He has the power for explosive movements, but also has the lungs to last into the championship rounds. He is quick and agile, yet mentally tough and physically durable.

And now YOU can benefit from the same challenging workout routines that have created world champions across the globe.

MMA Fitness features bootcamp-style personalized training for those who want to be in world class condition without the 'occupational hazards' that come with getting punched in the face for a living!

Fitch & Lanning Win at ICFA: Chaos

Matt Lanning
 Cody Fitch

Cody Fitch and Matt Lanning returned to action on April 9, 2010 at ICFA: Chaos. As usual with local events, some last minute changes were made to the fight card. This time, Fitch was the one left without an opponent just a few days before the show when the Ohio Athletic Commission denied his match-up. After a lot of scrambling to find a replacement, the only available opponent was undefeated Jeb Pencil (4-0) from Dayton, Ohio.

Confident in his training and eager to compete, Fitch accepted the new fight...

King & Hoppel shine at NAAFS: Caged Fury 11

After nearly a year off for both fighters, both Mike King and Grant Hoppel made successful MMA returns at NAAFS: Caged Fury 11. King last fought in March of 2009, where he won the First Strike Combat 205lb title. A serious hand injury and job relocation has kept him on the sidelines until now. For Hoppel, his last performance was a decision loss in July 2009. When spots opened up for the NAAFS's East Liverpool event, calls were made and contracts were signed.

McCoy Wins Main Event at OCC 7

Andrew McCoy came into Ohio Caged Combat 7 as the sacrificial lamb. With a pro record of just 1-1, many thought he was just another obstacle for Toledo native and hometown favorite, Josh 'ShortStack' Robinson (9-3 amateur, 2-0 pro).

And for the first 15 seconds of the fight, they were right...
